- Bendon Lingerie Gift Card may only be redeemed at Bendon Lingerie stores.
- Bendon Lingerie Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, exchanged or used to purchase other products.
- Unused balances are not refundable or transferable. Bendon Lingerie is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in whole or in part against future purchases at Acquisitions stores.
- Risk of loss or theft and title for gift card passes to the purchaser on transfer.
- Bendon Lingerie Gift Card and purchases made with it are subject to the terms of trade as set by Bendon Lingerie, which may change from time to time. Card value expires 12 months after purchase or last recharge.
- The maximum charge/recharge value is $1000 NZD.
